Shipping Policy

We will do our best to complete orders and ship them as quickly as possible in the order they are received. From order to ship, it will take approximately 1-2 weeks. However, production times may vary during busy times of the year, or when we have heavy order volumes.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Kazzuma Creations, LLC accepts returns on a limited basis for in-store credit only. All return requests must be submitted to support@kazzuma.com within 5 business days (excluding holidays) of item being delivered. After this period, returns will not be accepted. Depending on the reason for the return request, you may be required to provide information about or photographs of a defective or damaged item.

If a request is approved, you may be provided with return instructions. If so, items must be returned in an unused, original condition. We do not refund any shipping fees you originally paid and you are responsible for all shipping fees when returning products. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return. All orders come with a tracking number both for the advantage of the buyer as well as the sales representative assisting. This being said, Kazzuma Creations, LLC will try our best to work with you in a reasonable yet professional format.
